HOW TO GET THERE
As there are road constructions ongoing, there are no road signages to Sugar Beach or Takatuka for the moment.
Please follow our directions below.
Coming from Dumaguete:
Take the highway through Bayawan – Hinoba-An to Sipalay. When you reach the T-crossing in Sipalay, turn right direction Cauayan. Drive a few kilometers until you see the big, white Sipalay City Hall on your left. This is Hacienda Montilla. Drive past the City Hall and turn left over the big, empty lot (see picture below). The original crossing was blocked after a tragic accident and there are no signages. Follow the concrete road through Gil Montilla High School/CPSU and continue for approx. 6 km over 2 new bridges to Nauhang/Sugar Beach. Coming down the hill, we are the first resort after approx. 200 m. Park your car on our public parking lot (free of charge) or in our compound (P200/night).

Coming from Bacolod:
Take the highway through Binalbagan – Kabankalan to Sipalay. Before Sipalay proper, approx. 500m after the kilometer mark 162 (15 minutes after Bulata), slow down coming down the hill. This is Hacienda Montilla. You will see a crossing on your right that was blocked after a tragic accident and there are no signages.Turn sharp right just after the barrier over the big, empty lot (see picture below). Follow the concrete road through Gil Montilla High School/CPSU and continue for approx. 6 km over 2 new bridges to Nauhang/Sugar Beach. Coming down the hill, we are the first resort after approx. 200 m. Park your car on our public parking lot (free of charge) or in our compound (P200/night).
